Dream it. The little big company - our motto describes our strengths. Itera Consulting Group Denmark is a relatively small company employing 30 workers. Our size enables us to get close to our customers, who in turn won't get lost in organisational bureaucracy and stiff procedures. This combination of large and small gives our customers the best from both worlds. We work within a long-lasting customer partnership. We are not interested in 'shoot and run' projects, but would rather mutually build up our own and customers' competences and knowledge over time.
Plan it. Our development philosophy is pragmatic. We focus on the task first and the methods last. However, this isn't to say that we aren't interested in methodology. We work with the best development methods and suit them to our – and our customers' – needs.
We strive towards a component based line of thought that enables individual tailoring and coding. The final, and most important, elements in our approach to development tasks are project management and quality control.
At Itera, project leaders are former developers and are closely involved in the development process. This model has proved its worth through project leaders' thorough technological understanding – therefore avoiding the communication problems.
Do it. Itera Consulting Group Denmark has many years’ experience within internet and IT-related solutions. We aim to maximise customer knowledge and/or organisation, using internet technologies, but with standard software and component based development for the final product.
