About the Craftsman in Residence program
The international industry movement “Software Craftsmanship” is an approach to software development that emphasizes the coding skills of the software developers themselves. The goal is to establish “Software Craftsman” as a hallmark.

As Itera Consulting is occupied with delivering consultant services of very high quality, it is natural for us to support the movement by being the first consultant company in Norway that establishes a program for Craftsman in Residence. The program involves inviting premise givers from the software development environment to Itera Consulting/Objectware to work with our customers. They will function as consultants and architectures in their projects. In addition, our Craftsman will keep seminars and function as a mentor for our customers and consultants.
