Itera signs framework agreement with Tradebroker

Press release 30.06.2010: Itera Networks has signed a framework agreement with Tradebroker, a purchase community that represents 52 federated companies, 2000 user locations and 120 000 employees.

The agreement is for 18 months with an option for 1 + 1 year, and includes IT and telecom consultant services, delivery and hosting of electronic invoicing services, and design, implementation and hosting of servers and applications.

- The agreement is very important to us, and helps to realize our strategy in delivering services to medium-sized and big companies in the Nordic market. The agreement includes, among other things, migration projects involving Exchange, Windows and SharePoint, and cost-effective telecom solutions for voice, data and video. As Tradebroker’s members, they will now be able to concentrate more on the strategic use of IT solutions – and we will plan, design and implement the projects, addition to managing the solutions, says Jon Erik Høgberg, CEO in Itera Networks Nordic.

- We chose Itera Networks because we wanted a cooperation with a company that had an established and flexible project methodology, were top competent on technology solutions, and had good references in migrating and hosting. Itera Networks is part of a concern that has a solid reputation. This agreement will reduce the risk for our federated companies, increase their IT business benefits, and give them the ability to concentrate more on core business. In addition, the agreement is, of course, good for our members,  says Terje Fagervik, General Manager in Tradebroker.
