New website for the Patients' Injury Compensation Board

We congratulate Itera Gazette for its work on the Patients' Injury Compensation Board’s new website.

The Patients' Injury Compensation Board (PSN) handles cases regarding medical malpractice, and the website's target group are patients who believe they have been treated wrong.

It was important for PSN to create a website that gives the impression of being a professional and attentive authority - especially as many are anxious to meet a “bureaucratic system” that can be perceived as impersonal and unapproachable.

- The strategy with the new website was to promote the employees and their competence as the PSN exists of several talented people with medical and legal background.  They chose therefore to use many pictures of the actual people working in the organization. The website appears now as clear, warm and more personal than the old one. We have cleared up the content, and made the website more attractive and approachable, Itera Gazette writes on www.iteragazette.no.
