Typical tasks:

- Participate in exciting projects in all phases of the process
- Responsible for technical solution
- Develop technical specification on behalf of requirement from the customer
- Development, upgrade and error correction
- Lead other developers in their work
- Perform unit testing and contribute in other testing.

- Responsible for developing technical specifications.

Experience and Competency:

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience.
• Experienced in working with foreign clients, distributed teams.
• Experience in leading smaller teams.

Overall technical responsibility of a solution or modules.

Technical experience: 

• Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007
        o Experience in working with SharePoint as a development platform.
        o Understand the concept of Web-parts, and where they should be used. Able to develop
           and implement web-part controls.

• Knowledge in K2 or other workflow products

• ASP.NET 2.0, preferably also 3.0/3.5. 
       o Must understand and master the .NET page life-cycle.
       o Understanding of how to implement and consume web-services.

• C#
      o Able to write custom web controls.
      o Thorough understanding and experience in applying Object Oriented concepts.
      o Be able to implement Design Patterns.

• SQL 2008
      o Must be able to navigate the database when debugging and general maintenance.
      o Writing stored procedures and queries.
      o Understanding of Microsoft Analysis Services

• Source control
      o The candidate is used to working in teams where source control is used.
      o It would be nice if the person is used to working with SVN (TortoiseSVN or VisualSVN).

• Relevant experience in one or more technical areas:
     o Microsoft CRM
     o Developing Microsoft Office add-ons (VSTO)
     o Microsoft Reporting Services
     o Knowledge of the shipping (ship brokers) domain from a business perspective.

Education & Language:

- Master degree or Bachelor degree from technological university/college.
- Excellent English skills, both oral and written
