Being on the Forefront. We argue that enterprises have to get on the bleeding edge. At least a little. If they don’t, they run the substantial danger of somebody getting the jump-start that may leave them in the dust, struggling to see their way.
The wait and see approach may have worked in the past, but will not work in the future. Sure, enterprises will make some mistakes by being on the forefront, but at far less cost than being left behind.
