The Itera company Itera Consulting has signed a development agreement with FINN. The agreement involves application development related to www.finn.no. The development will be carried out in Ukraine, Itera’s center for nearshore development services.
- Nearshore involves a geographical, linguistic and cultural nearness. Our experience tells us that Ukrainian resources are highly educated, speak excellent English, and can be physically present in important meetings and milestones at low cost.
