People increasingly use laptop PCs to take their programs and data on the road, to customer meetings or to their home office.
Our customers combine the best from both worlds: some applications and services are delivered via our data centers, while other applications run locally on customers’ servers and PCs. We take end-to-end responsibility, remotely operating customers’ local servers and work stations.
Scalability
Rather than binding customers to a rigid managed services concept that restricts their freedom to act, we give customers freedom of choice: the freedom to choose between local or hosted services, thin or thick clients, stationary or laptop PCs, Web and Windows applications. Together we define managed services that are scalable in relation to customers’ needs, growth and own resources.
In reality this means that our customers can choose to operate everything themselves, just relying on us when new services are established or particular problems arise, or they can outsource services that they do not wish to to operate themselves.
