Itera Consulting and Innovation Norway have cooperated for many years. As a preferred provider, our responsibilities have included the establishment and continual development of Innovation Norway’s EPiServer-based communications platforms. Our consultants are continually involved in the development of Innovation Norway’s Websites and internal tools.

Our deliveries include the following projects:

  • The Innovation Norway Website (www.innovationNorway.no)
  • INBusiness – an internal service catalogue for Innovation Norway that shows
    all the programs, priorities and services it provides
  • Board candidates - Innovation Norway’s training program for board candidates (www.styrekandidater.no)
  • Website for Expo 2010 (www.expo2010.no)

Our consultants regularly contribute to new projects for Innovation Norway. The cooperation now also incorporates an exclusive framework agreement for data storage and development of business intelligence solutions on Microsoft platforms. The first deliveries are to support the establishment of a BI strategy and manage a migration to new platforms.

During the framework agreement period, Itera Consulting and Innovation Norway have achieved a comprehensive and smoothly-running cooperation based on ‘Scrum’. New projects, and their management, are now organised using this method. Innovation Norway has made the necessary internal effort to increase its knowledge of, and leverage the advantages of, flexible organisation. With Scrum as project methodology, the cooperation functions better and the resources used provide substantially greater value for Innovation Norway.
