The solution, based on next generation web-services, enabled the bank to switch from a “product-push” to a customer-focused” approach that increase customer retention and loyalty.

IF - Storebrand Bank

Storebrand Bank collaborated with the group company Objectware to develop a sophisticated financial planner tool that builds a plan that covers the customer’s entire financial future. Additionally, the tool constructs “what-if” scenarios and buy/sell recommendations by differing saving rates, levels of investment risks and goal trade-offs to see how difference products could mitigate financial consequences.

Entercard - FöreningsSparebanken

Entercard - a wholly-owned subsidiary of FöreningsSparebanken in Sweden – engaged the cutting-edge companies Objectware and Net Works to build and host a state-of-the-art net account solution for the full range of payment programs and services (debit cards, credit cards and related programs).

The SpareBank 1 Alliance teamed with Objectware to design and build a comprehensive customer engagement solution by extracting customer data from legacy systems. Furthermore, by developing solutions for analytical CRM and web statistics, these solutions enable the SpareBank 1 alliance to see the customer as one person across all customer touch points.

Bankenes BetalingsSentral (BBS) - The Norwegian Banking Clearinghouse

The Norwegian Banking Clearinghouse (BBS) teamed with the group company Objectware and other strategic partners to design and develop the e-billing application efaktura that is integrated in all Internet banks in Norway. efaktura is a solution whereby the issuers of invoices can present their claims to the customer's internet bank. The customer can then pay by confirming the information on the invoice. 

Nordea

Facing the need for increased agility, Nordea decided to develop an application framework for its next generation banking applications that responds more quickly and effectively to customer needs. The group company Objectware was engaged to define a comprehensive framework called Coffee based on best practices design patterns that maximize component reuse, higher quality and faster development of J2EE applications in Nordea. Coffee is conformed with Objectware's standard application framework JEFF (Jave Enterprise Foundation Framework).

Europay - SE Banken

The group company Objectware teamed with Europay in Norway to develop a state-of-the art Internet solution for account information. Furthermore, an analytical CRM solution was developed to turn the raw CRM data into actionable information to drive strategic decision-making.

Itera Consulting Group Denmark partnered with home to develop a game portal to attract new customers. The game is based on Java technology.

DnB NOR

Understanding the strategic importance of using e-learning for training of customers, the HR function of Den norske Bank part of the new DnB NOR with the group company Gazette to create an e-learning solution that allows customers to start using net bank solutions. They also built a demo for the experienced user to simulate the potential of advanced financial services in net bank solutions.
