Typical tasks:
- Participate in exciting projects in all phases of the process
- Development, upgrade and error correction
- Perform unit testing and contribute in other testing.

Experience and Competency:
- 3-6 years of practical experience.
- Experienced in working with foreign clients, distributed teams.
The person must be an actual programmer, and not what we refer to as a “drag and drop”-programmer. This includes ASP.NET, HTML and CSS, the designer in Visual Studio is “off-limits” as it creates inaccessible code and code that is impossible to maintain.
Technical experience:
- ASP.NET 2.0, preferably also 3.0/3.5.
- Must understand and master the .NET page life-cycle.
- Understanding of how to implement and consume web-services.
- C#
- Able to write custom web controls.
- Understand and be able to apply Object Oriented concepts.
- Have a basic understanding of Design Patterns.
- SQL 2008
- Not necessary for a person to be a database expert, but must be able to navigate the database when debugging, modify stored procedures if necessary.
- Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007
- Understand the concept of Web-parts, and where they should be used. Able to develop and implement web-part controls.
- Source control
- The candidate is used to working in teams where source control is used.
- It would be nice if the person is used to working with SVN (TortoiseSVN or VisualSVN).
- Relevant experience in one or more technical areas:
- Microsoft CRM
- Developing Microsoft Office add-ons (VSTO)
- Microsoft Reporting Services
- Knowledge of the shipping (ship brokers) domain from a business perspective.
- Knowledge in K2 or other workflow products
Education & Language:
- Master degree or Bachelor degree from technological university/college.
- Excellent English skills, both oral and written
